Humanization of highly immunodeficient NSG mice with hematopoietic stem cells or peripheral blood mononuclear cells provides a powerful platform for very precise modeling of human immune responses. These immune-humanized platforms enable researchers to test a wide range of human-specific therapeutic approaches developed to either up or down regulate immune function.

During this webinar, hosted by DDW and supported by The Jackson Laboratory, we explore differences in immune engraftment based on the cells implanted and the host used to support those cell populations. Understanding these differences will empower you to choose the most appropriate platform(s) for your scientific endeavour.
